IS Support Desk
The IS Support Desk is located in Brady Hall Room 1015 and is available to assist with network and software IT issues related to ICO/IEI equipment and applications.
Walk-ins welcome, pre-arranged meetings are preferred to ensure support staff availability.
After hours support for emergency issues is available by calling the support desk number and selecting the appropriate option. In general an issue is considered an emergency if it impacts multiple users and cannot wait until normal support desk hours for resolution.
Monday - Wednesday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Thursday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday, 7:00 am - 1:00 pm
